I did it.
I bought one.
6 quart Fagor Pressure Cooker.
I will be making brisket in it tonight.
I will let you know how it goes.
If you hear a really large explosion coming from a house near Bell School on Chicago's North Side - and the smell of brisket fills the air - you know what happened.

Excellent! I think this is a great tool for a working mom (or dad).
I've been nervous to try pressure cookers but I know my mom used one a lot. This may just make me consider this as an item to put on my wish list. Thanks, Dani!
Yay!! I love it - and while I haven't ventured past brisket/chicken/etc. I understand you can make a terrific rice pudding in it.
